As it became known, starting from May 11, 2020, quarantine measures will be weakened in Ukraine, and from May 12, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will resume work. During the quarantine period, vehicle owners could not carry out any actions with documents, which complicated even the simplest actions. By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will operate normally, will be able to receive documents and advise citizens on various issues. An exception to the restrictions remains for passing practical exams, that is, driving and issuing licenses to new drivers cannot yet be organized.

To receive a service from the center, you will need to pre-register in the electronic queue. You can register on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. If there is no queue at the regional center, then registration is carried out in the telephone mode of the corresponding service center of a particular region (district).

According to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the SC will receive visitors in compliance with all safety measures and sanitary rules. Workplaces in service centers will be equipped with special protective screens (partitions), as well as marks will be made to keep the distance of visitors. To the extent that the rules are observed, 1 visitor will be allowed into the working area of 10 sq.

It is possible that at the entrance they will check the temperature, treat their hands with an antiseptic, and also carry out regular cleaning of the premises with disinfectants. Also, a prerequisite will be the availability of personal protective equipment, both for workers and visitors. Otherwise, even if a visitor to the service center is registered in an electronic queue, but he does not have a mask or other means of protection, he will not be allowed in, and the queue will have to be occupied again.
