As for the battery and the rear engine, they remain the same.

At the time of movement, the resistance of the parts is a very important point, since it reduces the power reserve and creates an additional load on the electric motor. Tesla engineers revised all the mechanisms down to the smallest bolt and adopted new improvements. In particular, updates were made to the battery design, making it similar to the one on the new Model 3, as well as replacing the bearings on the wheels, reducing their friction. Tires were also refined, with the new model getting low-profile tires to reduce body sway, as well as better grip.
